       1. Regarding raw material issues, some factories' recycled plastic pellets may appear to have good whiteness, but their quality is not as good as those with poorer colors, mainly due to the addition of a large amount of bleach.

       2. The processing methods of raw materials are different. Raw materials need to be cleaned and heated, and some machines may experience uneven heating, resulting in poor flatness.
       3. The influence of the cutting head of the granulator, some granulators do not cut grains quickly, resulting in uneven surfaces.
       4. Cooling speed: Plastic particles must be cooled quickly after forming, otherwise they are extremely prone to deformation. So it is necessary to cool down immediately in a relatively short period of time.
